We have two physical locations located in Los Angeles.

We also can do bail by phone with a credit card and fax machine. And, of course, our mobile in-home service. Plus, we’re discreet - we do not have a loud mini-van with Bail Bonds written across it. Hello....My name is Daniel Nesser and I am the owner of Dan's Bail Bonds Bail Bonds. We are located in Los Angeles, serving all five Southland counties. I have been a Bail Agent for over 10 years. I am contracted with Lexington National Insurance Company. I take great pride in what I do, always trying to “shatter the stereotype” of what the fictional Bail Bondsman may remind you of.

This business is very serious. Until it hits home, nobody likes to think about jail or having to help someone bail out. The decisions that you now have to consider, and make, can cost thousands of dollars. And more importantly, a loved one or friend has been arrested. I understand that you may be very concerned about many things at once right now.

Once you call our office, we will evaluate the defendants in-custody situation and determine if posting bail is the most logical and cost-effective answer. Often, bail costs can be reduced or eliminated by the court if the defendant stays in custody just one additional day. Other factors, like previous arrests and severity of the crime have to be taken into consideration, so a good decision can be made regarding bail. But in the end, the decision to bail is yours, we simply provide accurate and honest answers to your questions.

Doing a Bail Bond doesn't have to be intimidating, shameful, etc….. It’s a business contract with legal liability, and a lot of money is usually at stake. If you don’t feel comfortable helping the person who has been arrested, then I recommend you don’t get involved. You must be secure with assisting the person in custody. If you care, we’re there. It’s that simple.

We do not run credit checks and we usually do not need collateral (Unless the bond is high). Again, each case is different.
