Santa Announces Nightly Visits to Torrance
The Daily Breeze is reporting that Santa Claus will be making regular visits to Torrance between Nov. 26 and Dec. 18. Those trips are sponsored by the Torrance Police Officers Association.
Santa's float, which will be escorted by Torrance Police, will not stop on major streets. He and his helpers will, however stop to pass out candy canes to children on residential streets.
Santa's routes for November can be found below. On most nights, Santa is scheduled to begin his route at 5 p.m. For Santa's full route schedule check out the Daily Breeze's full article. In the instance of rain, his trip will be cancelled.
Nov. 26: Carson Street to Maricopa Street, Madron Avenue to Crenshaw Blvd.
Nov. 27: Carson Street to Sepulveda Boulevard, Crenshaw Boulevard to Western Avenue.
Nov. 28: Del Amo Boulevard to Carson Street, Crenshaw Boulevard to Western Avenue.
Nov.29: Sepulveda Boulevard to 239 th Street, Crenshaw Boulevard to Arlington Avenue.
Nov. 30: Sepulveda Boulevard to 242 nd Street, Arlington Avenue to Western Avenue.
